The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has announced a ₹5,000 crore Multi-Modal Logistics Park (MMLP) in Sector Kappa 2, Dadri, near the upcoming Noida International Airport in Jewar.

Spanning 174 acres, the project is part of the Master Plan 2041 and offers seamless connectivity to both Eastern and Western Dedicated Freight Corridors.

A land allotment scheme has been launched, inviting firms with a minimum ₹1,200 crore investment and 10 years of logistics experience. The park will feature an intermodal container terminal, automated cold storage, bonded warehousing, and a logistics skill centre.

Developed under UP’s MMLP Policy 2024, the project aims to generate 15,000+ jobs, decongest NCR logistics hubs, and enhance India’s global trade competitiveness.
