GMR Airports Ltd has announced that its subsidiary, GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd (GHIAL), will acquire the remaining 70% stake in ESR GMR Logistics Park Pvt Ltd (EGLPPL) for over ₹41 crore, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.

GMR Hyderabad Aerotropolis Ltd, already holding 30%, will complete the acquisition via a share purchase agreement. EGLPPL develops warehousing and logistics infrastructure in Hyderabad.

The acquisition aligns with GHIAL’s strategy to maximize airport land use by building a diverse asset portfolio—including logistics, industrial zones, hospitality, and retail—to boost the airport ecosystem and drive regional socio-economic development.
