Check and validate allocation of manpower, as per defined organizational structure, and follow defined process in case of any job rotation. Prioritize & Communicate vacancies with recruitment team with clear role & hiring criteria Interview candidates in order to ensure the right cultural and role fit Induct new members in the cultural aspects, and support in onboarding & settling down Handle end to end recruitment process like sourcing, screening & conducting interviews Closing vacant positions within TAT
Must have exposure to people management, HR analytics and data management skills Be willing to go to the ground level to understand the organization culture and job roles Must have excellent written and verbal communication, presentations skills Experience with defining and presenting recruiting and pipeline metrics and data Willing to work in team Full fledge knowledge in job portals Flexible & result oriented
