India is rapidly positioning itself as the leading warehousing and logistics hub in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, as highlighted in CBRE’s 2025 Logistics Occupier Survey.

Nearly 70% of occupiers plan to expand within the next two years, with over 80% of Indian companies showing strong growth intent. This momentum is fueled by stable macroeconomic conditions, infrastructure development, and rising domestic consumption.

Additionally, 84% of occupiers prefer automated, ESG-compliant facilities. Emerging cities like Nagpur, Indore, and Coimbatore are gaining prominence as logistics centers. With India’s warehousing capacity expected to double by 2030 and continued government backing, the country is poised to lead APAC’s logistics evolution.
