Telangana is preparing an Integrated Logistics Master Plan, expected within four to five months, to drive a major overhaul of its logistics policy. The plan will map key freight corridors, multimodal transport links, and warehousing hubs to streamline cargo movement, cut bottlenecks, and boost intra-state and inter-state efficiency.

Insights from this exercise will shape a revamped logistics policy focused on improving ease of doing business and attracting private investment.

The government will consult industry leaders, experts, and global logistics companies to align the framework with international standards.

The new policy will prioritise MSME development, ODOP initiatives, technology adoption, green warehousing, renewable energy use, and low-emission transport. Overall, Telangana aims to position itself as a competitive, future-ready logistics hub.
