ESR has acquired 60 acres in Talegaon, Pune, to develop the ESR Talegaon Industrial and Logistics Park, a ₹650 crore project with 1.35 million sq. ft. of Grade A development across six buildings. The park will serve automotive, FMCG, logistics, e-commerce, and advanced manufacturing sectors.

Strategically located, it offers strong multimodal connectivity via NH-48, the Mumbai–Pune Expressway, and Talegaon–Chakan Road, ensuring access to Mumbai, JNPT, and key manufacturing hubs. The project strengthens ESR’s growing footprint in Maharashtra, adding to its 480 acres across Western India.

Aligned with ESR’s ESG 2030 roadmap, the park will feature energy- and water-efficient systems, renewable power, smart infrastructure, and IGBC Gold or Platinum green building certification.
