The Andhra Pradesh government has signed an MoU with NICDC Logistics Data Services Limited (NLDSL) to strengthen the state’s logistics infrastructure through the Unified Logistics Interface Platform (ULIP). Signed during the 30th CII Partnership Summit in Visakhapatnam, the partnership aims to build a real-time digital logistics platform offering unified visibility and data-driven decision-making.

INCAP and NLDSL will jointly develop a comprehensive logistics dashboard to enhance coordination and efficiency across the ecosystem. ULIP, a national digital gateway integrating 44 systems across 11 ministries through 136 APIs, enables access to over 2,000 data fields and supports 210+ applications.

The platform is already used by agencies such as the Ministry of Coal and FCI for improved operational planning.
