Mumbai drove the recovery with 4.29 million sq ft, accounting for 47% of national demand and recording a 377% QoQ surge.
NCR followed with 1.28 million sq ft, up 83% QoQ. Chennai posted its best quarter in nearly two years with 1.13 million sq ft, while Kolkata hit a record 1.26 million sq ft, jumping 950% QoQ. Hyderabad saw modest growth, while Pune and Bengaluru remained weak.
Vestian noted revival signals driven by e-commerce and 3PL demand, network optimisation, and rising preference for Grade-A warehousing.
