Bihar has launched its Logistics Policy 2023, aiming to position the state as a logistics hub by boosting transport, warehousing, and trade infrastructure.

The policy offers a 20% capital investment grant up to ₹25 crore, along with specific grants—₹10 crore for inland container depots, ₹6 crore for warehouses, ₹4 crore for cold vans, and ₹3 crore for container freight stations.

It also provides interest reimbursement up to 10% (₹30 crore cap), with enhanced incentives for SC, ST, women, EBC, EWS, and other groups. The initiative seeks to attract large-scale investments, create jobs, and strengthen Bihar’s logistics network.
