Blackstone Group has signed a ₹5,127 crore MoU with the Maharashtra government to develop over 10 advanced logistics and industrial parks across strategic hubs including Nagpur, Bhiwandi, Chakan, Sinnar, Khandwa, and Panvel.

Spanning 794.2 acres with 18.5 million sq ft of built-up area, the initiative is aligned with the Maharashtra Logistics Policy 2024. It aims to create around 27,510 jobs and enhance regional trade and connectivity.

These state-of-the-art parks will feature eco-friendly infrastructure, green building standards, and digital technologies to boost efficiency and sustainability.

Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis called it a transformative move to strengthen India’s supply chain and manufacturing sectors, making Maharashtra a premier global investment destination.
